If you are super adventurous, and have your own back country ski or snowboard gear, our nearby alpine elevation mountains offer undisturbed snow conditions for further adventure possibilities.

Wells Gray Provincial Park
Well Gray Provincial Park offers unique winter views, and experiences.
The Park is considered Canada's waterfall park,
as it offers abundant waterfalls, of which there are 41 named.
Helmcken Falls is the 4th largest in Canada and is almost 3 times taller then Niagra Falls!
These were formed due to past volcanic activity, and glaciers carving out rivers and lakes that have resulted in these spectacular icy waterfalls.

Clearwater Candle Creek Trails are only 10 mins drive from us. They offer 22 kms of snowshoe trails. They also have a warming chalet for anyone to use. Dogs allowed on designated trails. Free access :)

Clearwater Candle Creek Trails are only 10 mins drive from us. They offer 28 kms of cross country ski trails. They also have a warming chalet for anyone to use. Dogs allowed on designated trails. Fee is $10 which goes towards upkeep of trail maintenance and grooming :)
