Our Reservation Policy is as follows:

Check in time - 4pm-9pm.  However, if you are delayed, please let us know.

​Check out time - 11 am

​Quiet time - 10pm-6am

​No pets allowed

​No smoking indoors -We have designated smoking areas outside

​No children under the age of 15, please.

 

​Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

30 days + prior to your check-in date  - Full refund *

​Between 7 to 30 days  prior to your check-in date - 1st night will be charged *

Within 7 days prior to your check-in date - No refund offered.​

*Please Note*

1. If the currency needs to be converted for the refund, then the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of booking, is used for the refund.

2. Administration fee up to $60 (PayPal refund fee) will be charged on all refunds
